The only reason I could see it not being The Libertines tonight is because it'd be the same announcement time, method and band as T did last week.

But reading and leeds probably already had it lined up to be this announcement. Plus with others already announced for randl they could easily use it as an opportunity to say "look we've also got The libertines, so you don't have to go to Scotland for them. and we have all these other acts already announced"
