'Oh don't get me wrong - I'd skewer her like a wild Polynesian pygmy boar - but as soon as she went near her CD player, or whatever she uses to play "live", I'd be getting the wax earplugs in.'

hahaha

THE ONE THE ONLY THE NAL!!!!

Efestivals own poet laureate

I just hate the way this music (according to wiki gets mixed to positive reviews) i mean c'mon, I know its not really my kinda music but surely critics should be pointing out just how morally questionable, lyrically simple and musically contemptible this song is...

nanny state alert!

why should anybody point out those things? why pay attention to critics? or wikipedia?

you don't like it, fair enough, you think it's all those things you listed, no worries. do you really want to live in a world that requires these things of your judgement to be highlighted?

you don't seem like much of a music fan, music-fan4.

Back on topic....

The three headliners Neil suggest make sense. You need at least one "modern" headliner and Elbow fit that. A fan, and loved the other year but not quite sure about them as a headliner but would think they go.

Depeche are huge and can pull it off. Would love that...!

And the 'Mac would be brill on Sunday. That would be awesome.

STICK!

Yer, we're always gonna talk about Led Zep and Floyd, but can't see that. (Prince is the other external rumour but can't see that next year.)

As for the 'pop' chat, don't see it myself. The three above are more with the festival and they are in touring mode so makes sense. We can't have Coldpaly/ Radiohead/ Killers/ Muse every year so that's branch out. After all, we're taking about the Pyramid headliners and the festival is much more than that. What ever happens in the big ffield,

There's lots more going on else where and that's why we love it.

Roll on 2014. Can. Not. Bloody wait!!!!!!

(Remember when you didn't know the line up till first of June? I'd bring that back!! Glastonbury isn't about the headliners. It's about the festivals and the great people you meet/ share an amazing weekend with!)

I watch Graham Norton on Friday and I have decided - I want Will Smith to come and play.

He would be an amazing booking! Sunday Legend slot!
