Sunday Park secret headliner?

Yep, I post on ateaseweb (the Radiohead board) and no one really knew before the day.

erm ... that's not true.

I had a number of people tell me privately here that they knew for certain that Radiohead were one of the special guests, including which day, and how exactly they knew (some of which I was able to check out and so confirm what I was being told as true). Unfortunately for people here each word I had also had me promise to not repeat it on here.

However, some of those people did post what they knew. The problem for readers here is that they were simply one rumour amongst a number of other rumours, so there was nothing to indicate what they'd posted as believable over other things.

If I'm remembering the years rightly, I'd made clear that Thom would definitely be on site to perform in at least some capacity, as i'd revealed that he'd been knocked back for a DJ-ing slot by one venue. So it wan't too difficult to join up the dots.

hmmm, switching surprise acts to large stages to prevent problems at the park?? remember there are only seven acts on sat and sun on pyramid...tho that would contradict the line up times 'leak'

Maybe they'll make more than one surprise happen at the same time thereby helping to minimise over-crowding at one place.

Not a massive fan but could see someone like the Stereophonics playing it to be honest..

Biggish name and dont really think would cause a massive health and safety issue if leaked and against the other headliners... new album out and playing dates around at the moment
