viberunner
Trollhunter is one of the best found-footage films ever made. Chronicles is pretty good too.
t8yman
Bit schmaltzy, but we watched About Time on Friday night, love Bill Nighy - and he was excellent as always. Really enjoyed the film, and the whole "it will make you want to call your Dad and tell him you love him" thing is completely true! As I said, schmaltzy, but well worth a watch. The Nal
Just watched Seven Psychopaths on Netflix. Excellent stuff! Sightseers is one of the darkest comedies I've seen.. Recommended Also anybody seen Trollhunter? Excellent work.. 3 of my favourite movies of the last couple of years. Watched American Hustle (good), The Butler (meh) and 12 Years a Slave over the last week. Fassbenders performance in 12 Years a Slave is top notch. TheGayTent
Had been looking forward to American Hustle, but was disappointed. Thought the actors did well to get the most out of a very weak plot. 6/
DomDom1984
American Hustle I actually really enjoyed the plot. There was a LOT going on in this one, but they held it all together pretty well and you were never really in danger of losing sight of anything. Lots of backstabbing, mistrust and thrills going on. The nods to Scorsese early doors were obvious, with the way the movie was shot, and the way the narration and soundtrack went over it. It eventually goes on and does it's own thing and this is when it really excels. 9/
DomDom1984
Watched Bad Grandpa. Not going to give it a rating since I only reached the hour mark before giving up, but it IS the worst movie I've seen that was out in 2013.
viberunner
Bad Grampa - they saved the best till last. You should have skipped everything until the last 15 minutes.

G-Stud
Went to see the new Hobbit last, really enjoyed it Though I think 2 films would have covered everything if some of the chaff had been cut...

DomDom1984
I'll be doing Wolf of Wall Street in the cinema. Can't wait for that to come out.
When Jokers Attack
Wolf of Wall Street was fucking brilliant. Best Scorsese film that I've seen since Casino, maybe even Goodfellas. Leo totally nailed it. Didn't except the film to be as crazy as it was with the drugs and sexual content. Then again I didn't know much about the plot and the real life events before watching. Jackmypie
Wolf of Wall Street is already 8.7 on IMDB and is number 52 on the top 250 movies of all time list. Downloading now for sure.
Jackmypie
Also, I found a way of getting loads of different movies on netflix as the ones that we get are pretty shitty to be fair. Just do this.. If you have google chrome, google hola unblocker. Takes about a minute to download. Go to netflix, click on a the flame at the top of your brower. Change to the u.k. flag. and now you have all the u.k. movies and shows. If you want the u.s. movies, just change the flag to the stars and stripes. Here's a partial list of some movies. Some are available in both the UK and Canada UK 21 Jump St. GI Joe Retaliation House at the end of the Street Red Tails The Help Confessions of a Shopaholic Real Steel Hansel & Gretal Sinister Jumping the Broom Rome (Tv Series) Canada FULL UFC PPVs Takers Taken 2 Jack Reacher Life of Pi The Watch Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter Promethus Friends With Benefits The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo (Daniel Craig version) No country for old men The Hangover Pt 2 Real Husbands of Hollywood And I was told about these various contries having more films: Denmark Lord of the Rings Trilogy Batman Begins The Dark Knight Rises Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows Sucker Punch Wrath of the Titans Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides The Campaign Rock of Ages Argo Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II Red Riding Hood Saw (They have all except Saw VI) Journey 2: The Mysterious Island Unknown (Liam Neeson) Chile Fast Five The Book of Eli Angels and Demons Various UFC fights Various Spanish Telenovelas Red Never Back Down The Adjustment Bureau Scarface Netherlands Colombia Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Kick Ass Saw VI Spider Man 2 & 3 Ireland The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey The Iron Lady Texas Chainsaw (2013) Cowboys & Aliens The Back-up Plan The Bounty Hunter Mexico: Friends Scarface That's just an example, there's loads of other movies on there too.
