zahidf
He did a great job of headlining South West Four this year; he'd be a perfect Bestival headliner.
the wonderwhy
Yeah, I hope Skrillex doesn't headline- he's awful. I'd quite like Daft Punk, Mumford & then Pulp as the legends...

Justiceforcedave
I saw them at a fest a few years ago and they were dreadfull, the singer's voice is gone and he looks like Skeletor with a trenchcoat.
Luke Routledge
Fleetwood Mac to headline? I think they would go down well http://www.nme.com/news/fleetwood-mac/66648
kaosmark2
That'd be an interesting choice. I'd like it.
Frankly Mr Shankly
Where ever Fleetwood Mac go next year I shall be present, be it an arena tour, festival date or dare I say it Hyde Park (hopefully not)... I'd already planned on going to Bestival so that would make it easier for me, though I'd see them as more likely for IOW festival & HRC, but I guess it depends on how their touring schedule fits. rug568
I imagine Hype Park is the most likely. Surely they would be out of Bestival's price range?

Dan R
If they can get stevie and the cure I doubt see why not.
smogo
I can't understand the love for Fleetwood Mac, or the belief that they'd fit Bestival in any way. You'll be saying Genesis and Jethro Tull next....
kaosmark2
I wouldn't mind seeing Jethro again. No interest in Genesis. Jethro wouldn't suit Bestival though.
Frankly Mr Shankly
How about Faith No More? Slightly outside the usual scope of a Bestival act & perhaps a little to 'alternative', but Rob has gone on record as saying he wants to book more heavier acts... the wonderwhy
Surely he'd put a couple of 'heavier' acts on the undercard first though? Float the idea before booking a headliner...
Frankly Mr Shankly
True, as I say it was just a suggestion, not even for next year maybe but sometime in the future?... It's just with him saying he'd like to branch out more and book 'heavier' acts, I rekon alternative acts like FNM, Jane's Addiction etc would be more suited than say Metallica.
