I vaguely remember him saying something along the lines of "Hello Edinburgh" lol! We didn't stay long after that i dont think! I shall be avoiding the pyramid at this time!! La Roux are on the other stage i think, happy days!

I'll go for the laugh, but me mammy is N.O.T one for this sort of music. She can't stand Dizzee either so I reckon she'll be off yondering while we pop things like they were roasting.

I quite like rap, but Snoop Dogg to me seems like part of the era of rap that died 10 years ago; and I really can't get into his music, so he's a bit of a surprise for me to be playing, I don't see much appeal in him nowadays personally.

Anyone similar?

I saw Snoop at a festival in Poland a few years ago. He was alright, but nothing special really. Gin & Juice was obviously the highlight and I sort of lost interest after that.

Dear oh dear, some of you neeks really need to get a grip.

Snoop sings about prostitution. WOW. Who cares? If the bitch don't want to sell her clunny for money, then she shouldn't do it!!

"Oh, I thought I was going to get a job as a waitress, but they made me into a brass". Well then you were gullable love!

Take it from someone who's from the English version of Compton, heads like us do like listening to this, and we do take heed. But tha's jus life on road, ya herre?

Thing is though, if there weren't any hustlaz about to push these women into it, there's a severe danger that the industry would die out.

Where would geezers who want 15 minutes of paid-for violation go then?

In my experience, you can do far more to brasses than you can straight gyal-dem. Leave people to it son.

    • Another one from Sheffield DocFest this weekend, Earth Wind & Fire docu, directed by Questlove. Sensational archive footage, contributions from band members, family, plus a lot of very big fans (Stevie, Lionel, Flea, the Obamas) and a warts n all assessment of the genius / flawed human being that was Maurice White. Also, I never realised he started out as a jazz drummer with Ramsay Lewis. Well worth a watch.
    • In a 6,800-word Substack essay, external, the Clacton MP said "anti-white racism was embedded into the state", and that legislation aimed at equality was a form of "social cleansing"   .https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cdjkd4mp93zo   The privileged white c**t hasn’t got a clue what racism is.
    • BBC iPlayer: Will serve as the main hub for past sets, including both recent hits and iconic archival gems. [1, 2, 3] TV Broadcasts (BBC Two & BBC Three): The channels will air dedicated compilation shows. Leading up to the weekend, you can watch archive programming such as Glastonbury: 70s Legends, 80s Legends, and 90s Legends on BBC Two. [1] Radio & BBC Sounds: Pop-up Glastonbury radio stations on BBC Sounds will feature non-stop coverage, including exclusive mixes and huge sets from past years
    • Got HBO Max to watch football so watched One Battle After Another which is a great film and deserves its awards and then rewatched Magnolia and that is a flipping amazing film...so much in it. (also rewatching Angels In America series which is also amazing).
