3 stone in about 8 months is alot, Think its the walking and gym thats done most of it

The road trip there & back was as much fun as the rest of it.

Work Christmas night out tonight and, for some reason, i'm really excited about it. The boss will be buying us drinks all evening, we'll all get rather drunk, everybody in fancy dress, somebody will do something innapropriate, and all in all it will be a good night!

We're going to a 70s themed night, i decided to go a bit different and instead of the usual groovy/disco type costumes i'm going to do early punk instead. But our staff night out's always end up a bit rowdy - flashing, table dancing, tarty costumes, dirty dancing, drinking too much, getting underage staff drunk, it's all part of the night! Our usual venue puts 'who let the dogs out' on when we walk in!

A friend of mine on Facebook just went on a bit of a rant about how most self proclaimed anarchists that he has met are all druggy c**ts.

Ironically the person who then replied defending himself as an anarchist is actually a druggy c**t!
