  1. Gabi : The change of dates responds to a communication error between Barcelona and Porto. Some talked about starting on Friday as a possibility and others took it for granted. It's that simple and that stupid. The 2024 poster is quite defined but there are always last-minute surprises. Generally the final poster is closed 48 hours before announcing it. Many things have to be squared away (the famous billing among them) before a band gives its authorization to be announced. Just thinking about it makes me stressed

  2. Its understandable having to queue, and even understandable queuing and not getting tickets. To queue, get through to the ticket selection stage and then to be booted out is completely out of order.

  6. Managed to get tickets this morning (pretty stressful, sorry for those who missed out). First time doing Green Man after doing EOTR five times - looking forward to it!

  7. Not an issue, as long as it's your UK reg and your UK debit card, doesn't matter where the person who gets through actually is. You'll need to authorise the payment though.

  8. I wouldn't be so certain. While there's a good chance that holding card details (including cvs code) can work - these days you might get hit with 2-factor authorisation (usually via a banking app). Not saying this will happen, but it could.

  10. Gabi says the Line Up is almost wrapped up, something that normally doesn't happen until 48 before its release. Think we're still on for November, or might we get lucky early?

  14. If they play, that’s the only slot possible slot for them now I reckon. I’d f**king love it.

  17. You need to go for it first. If you sort Glastonbury then try and add Bearded it'll be full. Like all of them though places do come up as people drop out

  18. I think the 2022 lineup was better personally as I had a silly amount of must sees per day but it's all down to preference. The experience in 2023 however was brilliant. I loved it - no queues, no bad vibes, no crowding.

  19. Number and type of tickets is all you need - there’s a screenshot of the ticket Page that shows you what it looks like. Should be findable on the GM website.

  21. Yep, im priority, have done two a year for the last three (available!) seasons so in feb i'll sort out a Bearded Theory and then a Glasto spot. i think what really helps and is easy to overlook is the parking as well - it'll likely be £60 and miles away, whereas we're free and in the field next door. It makes for bringing comfy things just so much easier - duvets, proper pillows, all that jazz. £200 for a campervan is a lot of money too - and you can just come into the oxfield and youre sorted!

  22. I thought it was funny. Bit of harmless fun, innit. It sold our in a few hours last time. And was a mindf**k to actually get them too. So.....good luck to all.

  24. Think I'd rather a 4am-er rather than waiting around until early afternoon on Monday! The 5/6am trudge back to the tent is pretty bleak when you know the magic is all over for another year.
