I think that they might want to have some surprises in the announcement, which could explain holding back some headliners. After all it was pretty easy to figure these clues out.

 

If there are more 'headliners' left, who are the realistic options? There is a small chance for Lorde and then potentially a dj headliner and maybe Teddy Swims with a high billing. Who else could be possible?

They should announce Lorde as a headliner with Wetleg subbing her.

I believe there will be also 3rd wave of artst, on the same level as 2nd one, so we might get one headliner later. It is still very early, i guess they'll announce some names now, to start selling daily tickets.

That would be decent, only one I'd change is Capaldi to sub and Calvin Harris to headline.

I wonder if Lily Allen could pop up at Sziget this year. Just announced for Oya mid August and headlining Boardmasters in the UK. 

 

Used to be quite partial to Lily Allen, not checked out the new album though.

New album has some biting lyrics, but not many bangers.

 

I notice that on all her appearances this year the posters specifically state she's playing the new album, which makes me wonder if it's just that album or that plus a few of her bigger hits.

That's the current Tik Tok trend (or so I'm told), so probably just jumping on that bandwagon. Although would like to see Editors and Chvrches from that year reappear in 2026.

I looked at that earlier in the week. Album length 44m, with a normal hour set you may get a couple after chat and all that. But headine spot at boardmasters, you may get all the big ones.

 

Not a fan of album shows, but if Bjork ever did Vespertine or Homegenic album shows. 😃😃

Certainly sounds like it. Day tickets only go on sale when all headliners are announced, so if they're not going on sale then that indicates we won't have them all on Tuesday. Interesting.

Yes I think. if we look back to the 2024 edition, there was a third wave of acts including headliners/sub-headliners around March-April and the day tickets started after that announcement.

Usually camp on music days, this year we are doing a hotel for 10 days. Great location for city touring, right by the Opera house. 

 

Any way how easy is it to get out of the site? Busier from 11pm - 2am I presume after the headliners? Long queue for the taxis?
