I'm worrying about the clashes between the Slope and those Barn headliners 😞

Yeah looking forward to seeing that Slope lineup, always some gems in there.

Prodigy (unless Lorde has pulled out and they’ve shuffled) and Pixies seem pretty certain.  Paul Kalkbrenner too I guess, so maybe just waiting for a Friday header.

Think the tour dates would still work for David Byrne on Friday, good contrast to Capaldi too.

ah yeah your right, I was mixing klub c / barn.

There is also a case of when there are co-headliners or longer set headliners that barn, klub c, slope and main can clash.

I would expect the barn, slope and main to overlap when TOP are on and klub c, slope and main to potentially clash for gorillaz. I'm not sure in his placing but matt berninger if subbing the barn would clash with halsey.

I quite like that last drop. Little Simz, David Byrne and Wolf Alice would have been the icing on the cake.

Regarding Lorde, maybe they’re just waiting for her Brussels date next week to announce her separately?

I guess this is also done for acoustic reasons. I can't recall explicitly, but think you can hear the main stage from the Slope

Yeah that’s the one mate

The person who had the Thursday leak was certainly right (said Mumfords, Kasabian, Lumineers, Zwangere Guy were all announced) and that had Lorde as a sub so either something has changed or she’ll (and Vampire Weekend) will be announced next time

There are no tickets left for Lorde show so nothing really holding it back but there can be wait clauses. If she is still to be announced then it makes a clash with The Prodigy anyway so she can be virtually discounted and one I want to see.

there's still hope for lorde? that would be cool, I think the festival lineup would benefit with someone like that.

There is very unlikely to be a VW though, Lorde was reliable but VW was just a one post add on from an unknown and a band that will absolutely not play 4th down main stage. They played 4th down last time purely with a dance closer which there is not this time and they played a Pukkelpop slot this year that a sub only in 2024 played this year so that would be 3rd down at max.

Sunday tickets running low. I presume we won't get another drop until next Friday? Started a fresh position this week and forgot we didnt get a big Tuesday drop.

That's going to be the decision moment and not the easiest one.

It's only the Terras-tickts that are running low...

I think we might see one more drop before x-mas, but wouldn't be surprised if they waited until after either.

The fact that the person with the leak has got every other band right on the Thursday so far indicates he knew what he was talking about and Lorde was booked/planned for Thursday.  But of course things can change.  Fingers crossed as I want VW there

Ah few Instagram posts suggested tickets generally were getting low.

There is a general thought that there will be one more package. 1 sub or barn and 1 barn to come for higher acts. Lorde will be the interesting one if she is added but I think given who else has her has announced her so far that she would have been added by now, can't guarantee it but a sold out show coming up shouldn't have needed to hold it back. I dont think they'll hold back either as before this package sales were not much to talk about and the package boosted an interested according to those ITK.

Yeah, I saw that post too now, but when I was at Ticketmaster and checking out tickets, it was only the Terras-tickets that were marked as few left.

Anyone that knows more about that area than the limited info on the webpage? Seemed like a heavy price addition for something that just seems like an extension of the area. Strange that they won't sell it to combi's too.

Pinkpop got me hopeful we'll see Franz after last year now. Editors and The Beaches would probably be enough to convince me to commit.

The Beaches are in the US during Rock Werchter.  Supporting Louis Tomlinson on tour throughout July.

How rude of them haha. That's a shame, but I already have tickets to see them in Leeds next year so at least the possibility is there for next year anyways.

    • Not necessarily but it should be, Download have a habit of messing it uo when others get the bookings on point. Good Charlotte I doubt are playing 3rd down and that too 3 that day while dreamy is too strong. I think you'd have one another day to help sell weekend tickets. I also doubt Papa Roach play.
    • Here's a bit of a wild stab, few placings may be off, and for all I know half of these won't actually be touring next year, but screw it, it's a bit of fun   Pyramid: Sabrina Carpenter, Phoebe Bridgers, TBA (Florence + The Machine), Garbage, The Last Dinner Party, Interpol, Alex James Britpop Classical Other: Chase & Status, Teddy Swims, Clairo, The Kooks, Zara Larsson, Kingfishr, Sports Team, Orbital West Holts: Robyn, Baby Keem, De La Soul, Deltron 3030, JID, Dua Saleh, kwn, Daniela Latila Woodsies: Bonobo, Darkside, TBA (Tame Impala), Laufey, Warmduscher, Wednesday, The Lottery Winners, The Royston Club, Florence Road Park: Patti Smith, Super Furry Animals, Slayyyter, The Cardigans, Skye Newman, Kelly Lee Owens, Teen Jesus & The Jean Teasers   Pyramid: Harry Styles, The xx, Richard Ashcroft, The Pogues, Jessie J, Sigrid, Travis Other: Rosalia, Sombr, Mitski, Alex Warren, Holly Humberstone, Cat Burns, Pale Waves, Yard Act West Holts: Basement Jaxx, Elyanna, Clipse, L’Imperatrice, Nation of Language, Jim Legxacy, Yazmin Lacey, RIP Magic Woodsies: Suede, Chvrches, Bleachers, MUNA, The Cribs, Keo, Bleech 9:3, The Lilacs Park: MARINA, Magdalena Bay, Jacob Alon, TBA (Lily Allen performs West End Girl), Getdown Services, Isaac Wood, Snail Mail, Madra Salach Pyramid: Sam Fender, Hozier, David Byrne, Cher, Obongjayar, David Gray, Billy Ocean Other: Doja Cat, Deftones, Addison Rae, Ren, Viagra Boys, Maisie Peters, The Reytons, Hard Life West Holts: Kano, Thievery Corporation, Angine De Poitrine, Thee Sacred Souls, Brooke Combe, Sasha Keable, Master Peace Woodsies: The Wombats, Metronomy, Geese*, Dry Cleaning, EsDeeKid, Sienna Spiro, Cowboy Hunters, Radio Free Alice Park: Big Thief, Laura Marling, MJ Lenderman, Richard Dawson, Oklou, Maruja, Dead Dads Club, Ratboys   *There's always one band booked for Woodsies that ends up being massively under-billed and gets shut down really early. They'd be better off playing somewhere like Other sub, but I could see the G getting them to play a smaller stage while it's still possible
    • Another Kraftwerk one for me today, as just back from seeing them.
