I can see Luvcat making an appearance, did pukkelpop this year. Touring in June with IOW lined up.

Just been listening to her and can certainly see that happening early on in the day.

Shaping up to be a very good year.  Can’t wait till the 21st to buy my ticket

would be nice to finally see english teacher. if we can take some more of those names it'll be a nice buffer

Was expecting them back as they had to pull out last year.  Circa Waves were another that pulled out (much earlier) and they’re about again so wouldn’t surprise me to see them on the slope too

Gorillaz released a song with idles yesterday, they normally bring in some of the guests acts so maybe a possibility? Haven't they played RW quite a bit in recent years though? maybe it's a bit overkill

Played in 2024 so maybe too soon but there’s always acts booked a couple of years later.

I was actually wondering if the likes of Johnny Maar might be there for the same reason

I could image that Jack White only wants to play festivals where he can headline a day on his own and therefore aiming smaller more independant focussed festivals.

It's usually a balance....if it's a case of no show for a few days, artists (especially American artists) will be more inclined to take the gig than not.

In terms of Werchter, Jack White is the ideal sub/barn headliner.

I would love the National to be there, but that's either late summer at a push or 2027.

I wonder if there's any chance of Rosalia. She closed the Barn last time she was there, so I would say Main Stage is logical next step, but not sure how well that would work, especially if her next tour brings an orchestra with her (wich would make sense given today's album). Could be a strong bold booking to have her co-headline a day, but not sure how well this would land.

It would be a very good brave booking, which means most people would moan 😂

her latest album, released today, is superlative (according to basically everyone who gave a listen, myself included). I think she'll announce a solo arenas tour soon, I've heard about early 2026 but to me it seems a little bit too late now for that. I think she'll do the arena tour after the summer and probably headline Chella in 27 and european festivals in the summer.
very curious about how she'll fit this album and the rest of her discography in the same show

Really like the album. Saw her a couple of times this summer (live at leeds and Sziget), pretty good stage presence. Possibly slope or early on in the Barn.

Saying that she gained in popularity during the summer. Played opening on one of the smaller stages at live in Leeds, then opened main stage at Sziget.

Played early evening at Pukkelpop on one of the smaller stages, so Barn is certainly an option.

Well I suspect we’re going to find out if Foos are our Thursday headliner on Monday

Might be Tuesday still, often a festival will announce on Monday and another the same festival the following day.

Sabrina has also toured 23, 24 and 24 in one way or another, her taking 26 off wouldn't be a surprise. I'd actually day if she toured 26 it probably takes her out of the equation for Glastonbury in 27 as they likely wouldn't go for her on a 3rd year of touring, they don't often like a 2nd year. It's definitely a year gor certain acts either signed up to it or that have it in their sights to have next year off if they are coming off of already big tours and multiple years.

Whatever happens it’s very likely we’ll find out who the Thursday headliner is next week whether it be the Foos or not.

Because of the links with NOS and the fact there’s always one shared I’d be very surprised if Werchters Thursday headliner isn’t who NOS Saturday header is

Food for thought. Jimmy on festileaks (known for having inside info) thinks that foos tour will be announced on Monday, but Werchter isn't on the agenda.

We shall see. They might not want to play it that soon and someone ink knows more than I know. But that is very close to the make or break.

If it's not them then I think its out of The Prodigy, Mumford, Jack, Lorde, Florence, TWOD and The Offspring completing the final potential 4 co-headliner/sub slots. Out of that I think Mumford, Jack, TWOD, Lorde and Florence are most likely.

I’d be very surprised if there’s not a bigger headliner on Thursday than the ones you’ve listed
