Because they will sell out immediately due to it being four indoor arena shows and they're one of the biggest bands on the planet

They'll sell out immediately, but they're not a crazy live draw on the scale of Oasis or Coldplay.  I reckon anyone who's in the presale will stand a chance of getting through the door somehow, albeit not necessarily great seats.

I think, after 8 years of not touring (or existing), with them only playing 5 cities, and them blowing up in the last year, you can say they're in the 'crazy live draw' territory. At this point I think they can probably sell out stadiums.

I have to strongly disagree that anuone in the presale will stand a chance. This will be very hard to get tickets for.

Difficult, but far from impossible imo. Four dates at O2 arena is a lot, and there is a lot of room in the calendar for them to add even more (there and elsewhere)

You will need to provide your name, email address, mobile phone number and city and country of residence. This information will be used to verify your identity when you purchase tickets. You will also be asked which city, or cities, out of the five you would be able to attend. You have a better chance of tickets if your choice includes a city closest to you -

Last time out they played Old Trafford Cricket Ground, which isn't far off a stadium gig.

It wasn't originally supposed to be there - they were supposed to play two nights at the arena but then the bombing happened and they switched to one night at Old Trafford instead.

    • I'm surprised they risked it, especially after nearly missing their Glasto 22 slot under similar circumstances  I did see someome say Ellie didnt sound as strong as recently but I'm guessing playing 3 shows in 2 different continents doesnt help that    On the topic though I can definitely see them doing a Fontaines and having a break over winter before a few final Clearing shows next summer
    • That's fair on WA - I did recall people thinking Fontaines would take this year off before this was announced.    On the subject of Wolf Alice, they did Lollapalooza in Chicago on Saturday then Kendal Calling last night. Bit of an odd choice, no? Half imagine at Kendal that they would've been just exhausted.
    • Just logged onto the app to start planning my days and there really are a LOT of stages missing. Apart from the Seaside Stage there is no Casemates this year etc. Apart from the Seaside Stage, there are no Casemates this year, etc. Can't see anything about the kids field really. And there's local acts that are normally there like Kojak's Revenge that aren't appearing either.  Normally we get down fairly early but I can't see anything before 3pm I'm keen to see. Only one real clash as well, which is good, but it's thin and it's not thin in the sense of "I've seen a lot of these acts before"
