A few pals went to Cardiff (Production release tickets), they paid £47.50 each. These were "restricted view" side of stage. The people they were stood by had paid £136.50 for the same view from the initial release....

When were the tickets for these “production seats” released to be exact?

I’d also like to know if any tickets were available at the box office on show day at Cardiff and/or Heaton Park. And if they were, how much was the cost? Does anybody have info?

It was the latter.

I said that very thing early on in this thread at the time, it didn't go down too well.

You mean it hadn't all been subterfuge for a good while by then? 😉 😂

Don't worry, I do know to take a lot of this with a huge pinch of salt... But that audio clip, and a few other clues that point to them having made up years ago, are all very interesting.

Witty man makes witty remark. I'm afraid not.

I could only watch on for another minute. The bit where he talked about that voice in the studio during Dead In The Water being Liam is actual crackpot stuff.

None at the box office in Manchester but that’s a different venue type than Cardiff and London

It was via email invite only, the mail went out on the Tuesday (iirc) of Glasto, with the sale going live at 10:30 or so on the Thursday, they grabbed tickets for the Saturday (Cardiff).

Hi, thanks.

Is the email invitation (the code?) only sent to those who registered the Ticketmaster for the initial ticket release last year?

I’m considering Edinburgh but didn’t try the first time around.

Thanks also @dotdash79 for the box office info at Heaton Park.

Wonder what the situation was like at Cardiff and also how it will be at Wembley.

I don't blame you, he does overthink a lot of random, drug fueled, stuff that probably means nothing. I find his videos fun and interesting though, I have learnt stuff from him I would never have known, he's properly obsessed, and I do respect that, haha. Also, to be fair, he does say at the end that this particular audio clip is nothing more than a fun fan conspiracy.

Someone on TikTok is saying that even if your ticket is Blue/Green zone, you can go to Yellow/Red where the first 2000 people get front standing. Can anyone confirm?

That big sign reads....

"Front standing available to ALL guests with pitch standing tickets. Follow red and yellow zones. (Turnstiles H & M)"

Seems pretty clear. 🤷‍♂️

A mate was down there for 9am this morning and got a front standing band for later. I'm hoping to go tomorrow but no ticket as yet so if anyone does have a spare code I'd be most grateful.

Are they doing this again?

I'm not sure if I can be bothered to be in that right from the off. To be honest as well I'm still seeing nothing if I'm right st the back of front.

Same process as Cardiff by the sounds of it

Amazing show at Wembley tonight, crowd was well up for it. Didn’t expect such a friendly atmosphere after the piss soaking we had the last time we saw Oasis there!

For those going soon - Front Standing was pretty easy to access. There are signs saying it’s open to anyone with standing tickets but the stewards were still directing people to their designated entrances. Ours was supposed to be Blue Gate C. We ignored that, followed Yellow per the signs for front standing and went into Gate H where we got wristbands. Some of our party came in that way as late as 18:00, by which point there were loads of people in the rear standing who could easily have got much closer. Added bonus was that the bars and toilets there are all behind stage so less competition from seated punters - I didn’t queue for anything all night.

Word will probably get around and it’ll get harder, but was easy tonight.

    • I got in for £11.25 in the end, which was absolutely ridiculously good value, and made the queues and overselling of the venue much more tolerable! Sniping in on other people’s unwanted tickets on the day of an event might become my new hobby I think 🥳
    • Ann and Nancy Wilson are planning a final world tour for HEART starting next year. They were never at Glastonbury. They should do it.
    • sub yes I could see but I don't think they get 1hr 15, a headliner starting at 18:15 though is unlikely. Even the recent co-headlines that have had like 1hr 15 then a 1hr 30 after were on 8pm or just before, you are trailing behind more than 1.5 hours then. In that scenario some 3rd down bands are only starting at 18:15 and some haven't lol. I agree they won't not book them due to this but it won't be 6 headliners. It would be 5 headliners and you wouldn't want to see 5 headliners booked but Biffy were to not be thouhgt of as an option for one. Wolf Alice on the other hand could sub no bother and you'd think nothing of it. I'm not so sure Biffy would get headline though after the festival choice in Kendal this year.
    • Definitely. UKIP also used Merkel welcoming 1 million Afgans to Europe in 2015 during the brexit vote.   Politicians in other countries within the EU know the are going to lose voters to parties to the right of them over stuff like this and they've no control over it.
