Linkin park, orod and green day are the three best headliners around this year for me. Great start

I don’t think anyone will have a stronger set than that.  A few good undercard bits and I’ll be over the moon and very glad I chose it rather than messing around with Glasto this year

Keen to come this year for the first time Werchter has been on my festival bucket list for a long time and I've kicked myself for not going several times in the past. Travelling from the UK, was wondering if people knew the rough price of the camping options with pre set up tents. Weighing up whether it's worth paying more for that and not having to worry about taking so much more stuff. The ticket still includes the free train transport within Belgium right to get to the festival?

We're coming for the first time but doing the hive my space where they reserve a space for you rather than an actual tent being set up.  Think that’ll cost us 40 or so each to do that.

Theres a load of information on Reddit about all the camping options that I’d advise having a look at

In 2022 two of us paid £170 for the space + prepitched tent so it will be at least £200 now. It was decent, comes with an air mattress you can get blown up for free. This year we will probably take our own but it's not a bad option at all.

Yes ticket should include the train from the airport to Leuven and then the shuttle to the festival. It's an absolute piece of cake and embarrasses the UK festival organisation 😄

Thanks for the quick replies all! Will try and price up options on ticket release day next week. Should be easy enough to get the train or coach over which probably helps if we do decide to take our own camping equipment.

Any recommendations for campsites, probably the Hive right? It might just be me and my partner depending on how much friends can be persuaded, so it'd be nice to be somewhere social to meet others and have a bit of a larger group to experience the festival with.

The hive is the one with the late night parties really.  We're old so will probably regret it but hey, you just never know.  Does seem the best place though tbf

Wet Leg support for Olivia Rodrigo in Italy (I Days), and so perhaps likely undercard act for this too.

Yeah I’d imagine they’ll be there (actually can’t see them not being there).

Jack White has just announced a tour too with it ending right before the U.K./EU festivals starting

That would be a nice addition! Saw him at Way Out West last year and he was awesome.

Can probably add Raye into the mix? Playing the Main Stage at Open'er on 02/07, probably a straight choice between here and Roskilde for where she goes from there.

Over on the Festileaks forums they’re pretty certain she’ll get announced in the package.
