Surely with the obvious wishlist teaser and the fact she’s doing more than the Sziget date, Pukkelpop can’t miss Billie?

Great first announcement from Rock en Seine. I guess my August festival choice will be between Rock en Seine, Cala Mijas and PKP.

Really not expensive for such a line-up! I'm a little bit surprised to see The Strokes not headliner but that's cool. Not a surprise to see the special day for Billie Eilish. It was the only act that was eligible for this. Gonna take a ticket for her day for sure! And waiting to see Pukkelpop line-up for a combi ticket.

Yeah to be fair 89€ for a Billie / Girl in Red / Tove Lo ticket is almost a steal.

Only issue at Rock en Seine seems to be that annoying golden pit.

I read after my post that The Strokes were headliner. Because they are not on the first line, I thought they're not headliners! Too bad Placebo is at Lokerse Feesten and won't be here at Pukkelpop...

Cala Mijas & Kalorama festivals have helped that lot of great bands start to tour Europe again at late summer. Now the bands have an attractive circuit to spend 3 or 4 weeks in Europe doing festivals in august/early september.

Ken has confirmed that Billie Eilish wont play Rock Werchter. I hope that if she is booked for Pukkelpop, she won't get a high ammount of money that can affect the rest of the line-up of the festival.

My bet for Main Stage acts (sorry for not being so optimistic):

Billie Eilish / Imagine Dragons / Angele / Within Temptation / Lost Frequencies / Major Lazer

I think that no Florence and no Strokes. 

I think that we will have a great undercard (Idles, Foals, Turnstile, Wilco...)

Why do you think we won't have Florence or The Strokes? 

I'd have said Billie Eilish, Imagine Dragons and The Strokes. With Florence as sub/co. And The Chemical Brothers as closing act somewhere. About Within Temptation, I hope they won't be there. Their last show in November was really boring. Hopefully Lewis Capaldi too as sub.

A few more weeks to wait... to have a full line-up or almost as usual. Fingers crossed.

Any of these acts likely, cannot see Aphex playing but would definitely love to see pretty much every act on this feature at some point.

Chemical Brothers playing would sell a ticket for me, my whole group we usually go with have decided not to go, so I probably will solo myself this year. Really, really not looking forward to camping/flying myself and all the hassle that comes with it but I just love the festival.

BE has to be bolted on this year now surely?

Blur (already announced), Kendrick Lamar (already announced), Liam Gallagher, Fall Out Boy, Evanescence, Holly Hunberstone, Thundercat, Niall Horan, Lany, Lauv, Flo, Gabriel, Nova Twins, Dism, Yoasobi, Inhaler, The Snuts, Pale Waves.

That's a good announcement (in that there's nothing I'm disappointed about 'losing')!

Lowlands next week should give us a decent indication of what the lower and middle ends of the bill should look like, and maybe one or two of the headliners.

Stormzy ruled out, which is a surprise (RW) 

Headliner pool so far looks to be

Billie Eilish, Imagine Dragons, Florence, The Strokes, Chemical Brothers, The Killers. 

Think it'll be the 1st 3 plus hopefully the Strokes. Chems would be the icing on the cake. 

No reason not to have a decent line up this year given the amount of decent bands around for the undercard.

Sounds like it. Hope they just don't announce her on her own. 

We're committed to going if the Strokes are announced.
