Decent birthday treat for me today for the line-up drop - im honestly delighted with the line-up, the top two stages aren't for me but I am never anywhere near main stages usually at festivals.
There is honestly great music of every genre somewhere on that poster and glad they have got some really great picks from the 'modern' bracket of artists.
Also is it safe to say I can bank on getting to see Jamie XX (fri) - Coldplay (sat) - Justice (sun)?
Really hope we get Nia Archives into Justice as that would be an amazing party to end the weekend.
Well there you go, if people arent happy with the headliners and lack of Euro coverage there could be a rematch. With all this chat about expensive ticket prices, i'd happily pay £355 to watch some of the names here playing.
So the space is massive? As I wasnt there and havent ever been there its hard to compare two crowds for scale. Big crowds are never a problem for me im usually the tallest person in the crowd and have decent eyesight, I do dance like peter crouch though but my partner is tiny. Suppose the fun of it all is seeing it all for myself for the first time!
Is the WH field comfortable for a huge crowd as if this clash does happen, I can imagine it will be very busy after the legendary status of their last show at Glasto!
Not because I don't like SZA or support the decision for her to headline (my partner has her constantly in our home rotation) but I BEG that she clashes with Justice (who in my head are confirmed) so I can go see them. I made a pact with my partner we would both go see Coldplay together after she was too unwell to see them at a festival together in 2011 and she is really excited about them playing and tbh so am I.
now someone please crush my dreams with their touring dates not allowing a clash like this.
Just a wee note on these beds if its cold they get so incredibly cold as there is a lot of space underneath it. I usually cram my bag etc under there to help a bit.
