Dont think Coachella would give up Frank like that. Mad Cool can take Lana, not like she sells out stadiums like Bad Bunny or anything.

Yeah but dudes gotta play other gigs right. Like he played some Scandinavian fest the last time he did his one or two shows in the US.

He's got a new album this year supposedly.

If Stormzy and Mumford are the case, I cannot understand why they would have held them back until now. I also do not want to get my hopes up for a bigger name such as Eminem however there must be a reason they could not announce them previously?

Mumford for friday and Offspring por saturday are my bet for the big slots.

And no Stormzy after last years cancellation while he's touring in the neighbourhood? They rebooked QOTSA after their cancel last year as well...

Also isn't Offspring a bit too small for that slot.

Red Hot Chilli Peppers + The Prodigy + Liam Gallagher + The Offspring seems like a solid "back to the 90's" line-up.

None of these names would warrant being announced at that late time.

Unless they're having like a line up party in Madrid or something for the media.

It makes perfect sense if you were originally holding out for certain people / bands and they are no longer playing.

it means you had time to scramble 2 other bands / artists to play

Are the strokes out? They are touring with RHCP 🤷‍♂️

Limp Bizkit instead of The Offspring!

Yes please! (Also it would make sense)

I take it one step further. LB instead of Offspring, but we still get Offspring in a lower tier!

Now that I would sign up for regardless of the main headliner.

Who were they?  I looked at the day split images and there's 3 or 4 clues not on them so assumed they hadn't been announced.

I can’t remember. But I remember reading all of them after the announcement on this thread.

    • Trent said he’s working on new Nine Inch Nails musicnand that Coachella was the farewell show for Nine Inch Noize.   Would be over the moon to have any of the options at Prima 2027, though

    • Weird encounter of my two favourite bands at the moment.
    • Boards of Canada never perform live, I doubt they'll start now. Also Strokes have a show in Barcelona next tour so also less likely.   And adding Nine Inch Noize to the mix And we should definitely get Iggy Pop back before his body completlt dismantles
