My highlights so far have been Caribou and the breast body painted fan who was shown on the TV coverage during Neil Gallagher on the Pyramid. It wouldn't surprise me if the director is sadly sent to equality training next week

A touching moment of human expression. Brought a tear to my eye.

Yungblud looked incredible on the iplayer.

Β

I've been going through a rough time recently and it's alright mate hit me a lot harder than it should have done - brave to play 2 new songs in a festival set. A bit like Gabriels earlier this afternoon not necessarily something I'd have gone to see in person at the festival but very glad I watched the iplayer version. Gabriels is definitely my highlight behind Sam Fender.Β

Β

Enjoyed Rodrigo and Gallaghers sets - today has felt a lot more like 'Glastonbury' than yesterday where it felt like just a festival - although it's giving me the itch to go to a festival again (not been to any post-Covid)Β

Also happy to chat mate. Know how it feels. Music has an amazing way of bringing out those emotions.Β

Delaying the greatest songwriter of all time to show an episode of Casualty. Excellent.Β

Or …..in agreement with McCartney and Glastonbury, or maybe even by request, the technical wizards have an hour head start to make sure everything sounds and looks amazing.

Doesn’t get anywhere near being there obviously but the bbc coverage is top class.

    • Looking like will be bringing a 2-3 month old to Glastonbury next year
    • Healey's first budget with be Oct 28th
    • Been going for 10 years. Wasn't massively keen on the lineup beforehand - although as usual after some research I did start to really look forward to it. We had a brilliant time, felt more like old school Latitude, lovely vibe and we met some nice people. We saw loads but highlights for me - Β  Lime Garden Florence Road Jalen Ngonda David Byrne - Not a fan of him or TH really but we went out of interest and it was one of those festival shows that you'll never forget. The staging was off the scale. Eleni Drake - Up on BBC Introducing, what a haven that stage is.Β  Westside Cowboy Getdown Services - Probably highlight of the weekend for me. Absolutely brilliant and have booked tix for them in Bristol next year. Everything Everything - They're my favourite band so I loved it when they were added. A great start to Sunday and met loads of their fans up near the front. Alex James Britpop - We enjoyed it and Gary Stringer FFS! David O'Doherty - Saw him twice, brilliant as usual. Self Esteem - Adore Rebecca and the show was as live affirming as always. Β  Overall, it was such a brilliant weekend. Beforehand we said that we might give it a miss next year but I'm pretty sure that we'll be sucked right back in!
    • Me too.Β  Reckon they must have more this year. Β  Not bad is it - ended up paying same price as this year.Β  It still represents great value for me.Β  Well, until I check my bank account the Monday after the weekend.
    • Well mayors have more powers to do that sh*t...but they have to make the numbers add up.
