One of our group still waiting for the dispatch/tracking email.  Has reached out to See Tickets, who said it was dispatched yesterday, but no email/update yet.😕

Also does it sound right that all 3 Sunday tickets will be posted to the Lead booker? as I messaged seetickets about a week ago as the other 2 family members on my order have moved address recently and was told all 3 tickets will come to my address. I updated their registration details when we realized but just a bit worried about it.

 

Just noticed i received email despatch confirmation of 3 tickets at 1pm today, so looks like all is right with the world 🙂

they’re artist passes so my mate’s agent is getting onto them.

 

i’m extra nervous as i’m not copied into the emails, and if it is box office collection i’m not sure how i’ll get near the red entrance in my campervan without the relevant documents…

Friends tickets did not arrive (uk residents). They have to go to international pick up.  Does not open until 8, closes at 6. Anyone with experience of this that can help us understand what to expect? (they have a young baby which makes it a little more awkward)

Expect a queue, especially on the Wednesday morning.

 

Don't worry too much about the closing time, the enquiries cabin will still be open 24/5 and will be able to sort it "out of hours".

shouldnt be too too bad. But itll prob have some queue in the morning. It settles down later on. Seems after 2022 when the queue was massive they figured something out.

 

 

speaking of the box office. I cant seem to find it in here but was there specific directions to get to the box office pickup via car? I know you can park there temporarily but Im trying to think if somebody in here sorted out driving directions. Thanks
