Anyway we have tickets in hand … dispatched on the 6th … attempted delivery 8th … no card left . Attempted again 5 days later , card left . Then apparent third attempt but no card . Photo of Royal Mai

its not THAT bad. Theres 3 switch backs and spots to stop. Youll get used to it. If they would make some proper steps in spots it would help a ton. I would just suggest when you leave for the day that you dont walk Back up til your day is over.

I had my despatch email on Saturday.  Hoped for delivery on Monday (didn't know if there were any deliveries on Sunday). Nothing.

 

Fully expected delivery today. Nothing.

 

Tracking number hasn't been working but worked this afternoon.  Royal Mail received it in Nottingham this morning at 0726.  It says it's "Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm".

 

So WHY HASN'T IT BEEN DELIVERED?  I know, I know - part of me is saying "don't be silly, everything is fine" but part of me is impatient and thinking what the hell is Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm if it doesn't mean that?  

 

I guess at least it isn't saying delivered but no sign of it!

💯 it’ll arrive tomorrow. But TBH I’d be twitching too. Perfectly understandable. But everything will be fine. It’s on its way 🎫

Tbh on a Saturday email, today would have been best case scenario and tomorrow probably always more likely.

 

The dispatch email simply means "we've put it into an envelope and generated a tracking number". It doesn't indicate they've handed it over to Royal Mail - which realistically isn't going to happen at a weekend. The clock on "Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm" only starts ticking when Royal Mail receive the item.

Same happened to me, ticket sat in Nottingham for 24 + hours despite being next day delivery by 1pm. It came the following day so sure it will for you too. Try not to worry but still totally understandable, I was the same!

You were of course right but I was fooled by all the people on here saying "email yesterday, ticket today".

An attempt was made to deliver my ticket yesterday but I was in the office at work. Have rearranged the delivery for this Thursday when I'm working from home. So I've nearly got it!

Hi everyone, I paid the balance for myself and 2 others in the same booking. Will all 3 tickets be sent to me or will they go to the respective addresses? Reason I ask is because one member of the group has moved house so we don't want their ticket going there! Hopefully they should all come to me?

To clarify: we got tickets in general sale and paid our balance in the same booking in the first week of April.

      Tell me more. Last Latitude we went to was '21 - my son was young & had a wagon so we snuck good beers in that way. I remember there being some Brooklyn IPA on sale which was tolerable - are you saying they don't sell anything other than Carlsberg now?! 😳

      Tonight was a disgrace. There wasn't *that* much rain, and it wasn’t *that* windy. A festival of this size should be able to withstand some adverse weather without it bringing the whole circus to a standstill. And if it is true that part of a speaker on the Revolut stage fell…   As for the communication - announcing Massive Attack were playing at 12:30 and then nothing for over an hour while people waited in the rain. It’s laughable it really is.   If I said I’ll never come back again I’d be lying. The shambles of Barcelona 2022 and the disgrace of Madrid 2023 didn’t stop me, so this probably won’t either.   This festival gets so much wrong, but it is always saved by having such killer line-ups. It’s just a shame it treats the fans/customers/consumers like animals. Compare it to somewhere like Glastonbury and it’s worlds apart.
