My apologies, the excitement went to my head and I forget what day it was!

For a second I thought I had got the day wrong and it was Tuesday today!

nah it matters little now in my opinion its all pretty obvious

Yes it does matter. Mark Harper MP has picked up on it just now in Sky News. They haven’t committed to a full report, a man like Johnson will wriggle out of things on a technicality that’s why their words matter.

Johnson accusing the Labour frontbench of being on drugs? Surely that’s at least against the ministerial code and possibly slander.

They are protected by Parliamentary privilege so I don’t think slander counts. Saying that though you can’t accuse someone of lying.

I think the problem Johnson will keep running up against is the fact that you'd have to be a complete fucking moron to believe his version of events.

Yes … absolutely hence my comments of the wording of any report now not being relevant

Starmer's speech in full. This might be one the best speeches I've ever heard, he hit the right tone, was dignified and very clearly laid bare the importance of the decision facing Tory MPs. He's given a few good speeches recently but this was one of his best.
