Trump would probably be the winner but there are still millions of votes to be counted. Most of the outstanding votes are postal votes which are heavily skewed in favour of Biden based on votes already in.

Even if Biden gets over the line, after everything that Trump has put America and the world through over the past 4 years, especially the last 8 months, it’s devastating and sobering that it’s this close. Fascism isn’t going away.

Several examples but, In different states, judges at state/federal level ruled that postal votes that were postmarked by 3/11 should be classed as valid, even if they were received after voting closed.

This was after the postal system was run down by a political appointee and there were predicted to be big delays in sorting all the postal votes.

So legal action will be appeals to SCOTUS against those decisions in order to have those votes tossed out.. Several variations on a theme but that is the gist of it.

Trump is ahead there but over a million postal votes are still to be counted in that state alone.
