Luck of the draw sometimes aswell. I remember in 2010/11 Utd have a very easy run all season. Played some dogshit teams and Fergie played a 2nd string team in the 2nd leg of the semis. Sometimes you really only need to beat one good team to win it. City have had a very easy run of it this season.

There always is luck if the draw with cups. My guess is if we had a European league the winners would have been very different. As I mentioned earlier Di Matteo has won a champions league and would struggle to get a mid table championship job.

No he didn’t.

A Russian doll wouldn’t have done worse

You had a shit view.

You have one thing right

He got you promoted at the first attempt and stabilised you as a premier league team. He did that despite not spending a fortune. I would say that was a decent job.

Wrong. He got promotion only by spending a fortune.

Our wage bill at £42m the highest in the league by £13m, and nearly 33% higher than the 2nd highest wage bill in the league.

Scraping promotion through the play offs given the resources at his disposal was hardly an amazing feat.

Upon promotion he spent abysmally on large value overpriced transfers (Carroll, Jarvis, etc), and worse still distributed lots more on small transfer fees but large agent fees, spread around all his mates he was and still is in cahoots with.

Hopefully his stain on English football is coming to an end.

Was your wage bill not higher though, due to being a relegated premier League team? By premier League standards, he did not spend a fortune and stabilised you in the division. You may hate the man and his football, but he did a decent job at West Ham.

No. It was because he went out and bought established premier league players and paid a (relative) fortune to do so. No other championship manager had the financial backing to spend £4m in transfer fees and many millions more on a 50 grand a week, 5 year contract for Kevin Nolan.

At no time did West Ham have anywhere near the third lowest wage bill in the premier league.

Everton packed James Rodriguez off to South America to get rested up for the Copa America 3 games early. Not sure if Carlo hates the Europa cup or didn't want a higher placed finish papering over the cracks for the amount of crap we've got in the squad.

Weird penalty in the city game. A city player encroached on the area but it wasn't retaken. The pundit said it would only be retaken if the player had reached the rebound. Does that mean you can now go stand an inch away from the player? Can't keep up with all these rule changes.

It was not retaken as Kyle Walkers foot was in the air.

Neil talks that much shit, it's hard to separate the wheat from the chaff.

You need to check back on who said that and then know it's you talking shit again.ivsaid he won't be remembered for beautiful goals.

Worst title defence ever finished third with a defence worth about two pounds fifty and closer to the winners than last year's runner up were last season.

Wiered season the club's that flourished were the ones used to little atmosphere.

I would say Leeds were the team they flourished the most (in comparison to resources) and think atmosphere fine there.

Overall it was a bit of a dull league. The top 4 spenders took the top 4 positions, the bottom 3 spenders took the bottom 3.

Neil you have no idea about atmoslhere as you don't go to any games. City finished top and the atmosphere is fine at the Etihad.

Annfield is a joke, they pipe in you'll never walk alone at the start and then generally sit there in since for 90 minutes. Old Trafford has piped in crowd noise as well. Now although the Etihad is not as good as Maine Rd, it is far from the worst in the Premier league.

My point still stands about you talking shit. Because you can't discuss football with us on any sensible level, you just talk bollocks

City had the same amount of fans in the stadium yesterday as they usually did pre lockdown.

Remember when you lot had that game called off due to the bomb and none of the plastic glory hunters could not get over from Ireland for the rearranged game, what was your crowd then?
