Im not sure how zoom works is it possible to set it up for the whole period ?and people can just come and go as they please ? would it just stop working at some point if there wasnt anyone logged in ? ill be around for most but have a family one to virtually attend for a bit on xmas day ....

I can quite easily stayed logged on even if I’m not actually there. I use my main PC as a server at home so it’s on 24 hours a day anyway. I’ll just turn my mic and cam on when I’m actually able to join in with conversation.

If you have an unlimited Zoom plan then you can create a meeting that go for as long as you want and if no one's on the call then it will still stay there until someone logs on. If that makes sense?
