So its Halloween 🎃 zoom this weekend!!

You can wear a mask 😷

Or sit in the dark 👻

Or cover your face 🙈

Or use a filter 🤩

Or be a crow! 🐦 (hi Arthur!)

Or a princess 👸

Or a cowboy 🤠

Or a cat 🐈

Or wear something fun 🥳

Or wear your jarmas 😴

Or join without your camera on if you want! 📷

Or if you're scary looking anyway (like squirrel 🐿) you don't need to do anything!!

You can come as yourself!

You can come in disguise!

(You don't need to do any of the above if u don't wanna)

But you should come and say hello! EVERYONE WELCOME! X

Its brilliant practice for the real life efest meet next June!

we're all really friendly, we all share a love of Glastonbury, we all share a love of efestivals and we all need something to make us smile right now x ❤

I should be around to join! Much like last time I'll join quickly between the rugby then come back on later (though not as late as I tried last time :D )

Fancy dress might be a bit of an issue as I don't have any but I think I have a Trump mask kicking around here somewhere so that'll have to do!

Surely you can just nip out and buy some non essential stuff ? Not sure how this fits in mind ... if shops have filled up with Halloween stuff and can’t sell it ... be good to catch u again :)

I did consider that but when I was in my local Asda yesterday they still have all those items closed off, they've blocked the entire aisles in some cases. Seems a bit above and beyond what's needed really but that a whole other discussion!

I'll see what I can do but I'm apologising in advance if i'm one of the few without fancy dress!

    • Orbital opening the Other stage is a bold choice!
    • Great start for them
    • Thanks so much - that's very helpful. Someone else mentioned getting a train from Loughborough to East Midlands Parkway, and then a festival shuttle from there to the site. I think they were then going to come back on the Skylink Derby to Loughborough - I assume this is because the trains don't run as late as the Skylink, otherwise they would just come back the same way they came?! Is the transport hub a long way from the main stage? Just wondering what time I would need to leave Linkin Park to be sure of getting a shuttle. As I say, I am sure it will all be clear on the day, even after a few beers! Just hope the rain stays away...
    • I really don't think they would put Olivia Rodrigo on Occident stage. If it was her, they would put her in earlier Mordor slot and move Big Thief or Little Simz to Occident.   Fontaines DC are more probable, but don't really match the hype. However, again, if the hype was real, the artist would end up in Mordor.   That being said, I would love to see Fontaines DC tonight.
    • After all the good advice on here I had a nice visit to the site earlier in the week.    Walked down from Pilton village to Hitchen Hill and down the footpath to the Wood by Woodies.    Really strange seeing the site empty of 100,000 people. There is far more hedges and woodland on the site than you remember when the festival is on. Can see the stone circle and some structures still up on site. And looks like Worthy View has some camping going on there during the summer too.   Lots was fenced off with electric fencing to help wth the cattle grazing. Is really amazing how they set up the site as its hard enough accessing the area by car and foot nevermind all the kit needed to set the festival up. As others said you can't walk the whole site but nice to see the site again after a few years away   Pilton is also a lovely village with a nice village hall shop and post office attached, and got to speak to some locals who told me a few tales of past festivals down the years. One house for sale there would be lovely to live in - if only I had £2 million going spare
