Yeah but think how much that would cost you in flights and everything for a summer holiday in term time. So it’s all relative really.

Basically I was convinced my wife had secured tickets in a comp and I was waiting for her to unveil as a birthday present.  Unfortunately that didn't happen and I saw a Lovefields Facebook post and thought f@@k it you only live once.

Fair play. I was really tempted by their 3k for 2 option. A couple of beers and I might have pressed the button!

To be fair my wife is talking about nice hair and toilets so I think I have got away with it.

My son also thinks there might be footballers there so he is over the moon. 

Kids I think it will only be me crying..  when I get my bank statement.

Sadly for me my Mrs doesn't want to go this year because she isn't fussed about the line up. This means that me spending £3k or more on a glamping package with tickets is a bit tricky. Especially as she wants a new sofa. I was desperately hoping to win a ticket so it was easy to justify but now I am buggered. Guess I need to start saving for next year glamping options as a backup.
