Can see Y Not having a very similar (or even identical) lineup to Truck this year, for the first time I can remember both festivals are on the same weekend so I wouldn’t be surprised to see the same headliners just with the days swapped around

Y not are likely to have Courteeners instead of Wolf Alice though I would imagine

Do you think they’re likely to have Foals though as Truck for Foals is a very small show but they’re a local band so not sure they’ll do Y Not as well. Kendal and Tramlines are also Global festivals so could see acts like Chic and Doves, maybe even George Ezra as he played Global festivals last year. I think Courteeners will defo be one headliner

Noel won’t be back so soon. Also Bastille are subbing Reading/Leeds so you’d think they’d be too big to sub YNot in the same year.

Why does everyone think this, Bastille have moved down to R1 head against foos. Still too big to sub anyway

Could definitely see Courteeners, Ezra & TDCC headlining. Definitely think foals is a possibility as may have agreed on a deal to perform at both festivals.

Find it hard to believe Cage the Elephant could headline. Longshot but with things running out to do within the UK, I could see:

Tame Impala

Courteeners

Foals

A strong set of headliners that would sell well.

Really cannot see a band headlining Coachella headlining Y Not festival not long after.

Have a feeling Liam Gallagher is going to headline this, The Streets sub.

Think personally that it’ll be Courteeners, The Streets and Two Door, sharing something with Kendall and Truck would be the best of both worlds and The Streets would be a decent booking bearing in mind they’ve only got Parklife and Glastonbury this summer so far.

Don’t see why not mate, they’re pyramid sub or other headliner at Glastonbury, shifted plenty of tickets for their tour this year.

    • Audrey Hobert getting a lot of traction lately and new single on Friday. Wonder if she could be round next summer.
    • Think Pulp are optimistic, not in terms of size but just that they've been on the road (albeit not intensively) for 3 years in a row and it feels like EotR is the deliberate end of the cycle.   Would be fairly surprised if they're active next year.
    • 👍 plus they brought their own screens 📺 either side of the stage.
    • Production was the only thing that could even explain why she would back out. Like they had sorted out the financials and she was fine with it and then a production meeting happened. It all fell apart. It was very clear that she was not going to compromise her show one bit and then that show in Brazil pretty much confirmed it. There was like one element they couldnt pull off outdoors, but it was negligible since the rest was a carbon copy of the tour she had been on. Glasto is not willing to make any bold changes on the Pyramid stage so then theyre kinda stuck in terms of what some acts want/demand. I think the easiest solution to that is putting her on Friday. You deal with the changes for one night and then re configure for the rest of the weekend. In 24 they were fortunate to have had Dua and Coldplay on Fri and Sat so they could both use the b stage. But I think it was removed for Sunday?     I saw a random rag article earlier that said Olivia Dean turned down Glasto BECAUSE her ex ( not even confirmed dating ) Harry Styles was playing the fest. hahahaha
