Got in Orange camp no problem, further back than expected but i cant complain. Smash it all.

Friends on site have just told me they have started another queue for gate D now, can anyone confirm? Will be arriving in about an hour.

Just setting off from Home heading for D gate. Hope to get there in two and a half hours all being good on the roads!!

looking forward to a long morning of shuffling forward with a heavy rucksack.

Friends have been redirected from gate D to gate A. But why?

Now in Gate D holding pen. Still a long way from the Gate. Steward said the holding pen holds 10,000. It's pretty much full. Search consisted of a practically useless pat down.

Reading in the gate a thread. People wanting to camp at pennards are being redirected to gate d....are the staff not bothering to talk to one another? Or?

All pretty chill in the PGD holding pen. Everything is at a halt. People sitting and waiting. 

Definitely looks like more people have turned up early.

Yup, between the horrendous traffic last year and the warnings of increased security this year I think it was inevitable.

Arrived from Glasgow at about midnight. Minibus and vans unloaded through security by 1 am into the zigzag pen camp chairs out beers open- life is sweet

Starting to rethink my camping strategy given how many people are ahead of me. Pennards might be crammed already. Anyone camped in South Park 2 before?

Gate D queue is pretty big, we're all by the cars parked up now, all the way down the hill and back round towards to main road...hoping for a 7am opening again or even better, 6am

In the D queue by the A turn off. They are trying to direct people to A, but there's still room at the end of D if you need this gate.

Dozen or more security just walked passed the queue towards the gate 

Hope they have the message that we've all been checked already!

Queuing by the hedges at the arse end of d, been here about an hour and theres only about 100 people behind me, just after i joined they seemed to direct people somewhere else so not sure if im in the best place
