Pear Gaymers.

And Tutti Frutti Brothers for that matter. I remember getting rather picked on some tutti fruttis during Rodrigo y Gabriela in 2010 and it was one of the most enjoyable headline slots I've ever had.

Slightly off topic but the days before mobiles when getting lost ment you were "fucking lost" for real, walking around for hours on end trying to find a familiar face whilst seeing allsorts of weird and wonderful shot.

I put my phone in a lock up and only get it in case of emergency. I love walking about fucked at night on my own. On mushies really. In 2014 I got lost around the greenfields found some bloke playing the spoons and decided to hmm  the Thomas the Tank theme to him. Had a crowd of about 30/40 all singing / humming along.

Ended up taking me 3 hours to get from The Stone Circle to Camp (woodsies) and I telling my mate about finding an island near a huge ship (it was the Greenpeace ship - I was tripping my knackers off)

Fun evening!

Sack your phone off. You don't need it.

I used to camp there in the 90's IIRC. Before the days of Lost Vaugeness etc.

It was a good spot as the 'knobs' couldn't be arsed to walk that far from the gates. Knobs could be pretty vicious back then too.

Popular spot for fence jumpers too.

1. Litter.  Any litter whatsoever that hasn't been put in a bin, put in a bin bag politely and left near a bin, or taken home.

2. NOS. If you're going to do it, don't leave that shitty little metal thing lying around. For one, it's litter, two, f*** off.

being able to buy your "supplies" without leaving your tent thanks to the friendly* campsite entrepreneur.

Came through our campsite Wed or Thurs, seem to walk through early on in the festival at least once a year. I won't say which camp site but it's a popular one.

Nice to know this still happens, the police decided to have a stroll around the tents at my campsite on Wednesday last year, was pretty shocked to see them and was rather worried that this had become a normal thing as I hadn't been since 08, fortunately I didn't see them again or this year.
