Ok ok ok ok super excited and sorry it has taken some time to get back to this thread but we are IN! 

Yesterday we got got a call from SeeTickets Glastonbury ticket office after CC'ing the CEO when we recieved an email which ignored our previous conversation with the company. Once the ball got rolling this guy was super helpful, he said we should go to the ticket office to pick up our tickets and they even refunded our parking tickets!  I have to say to get to this point was difficult but there is a reason why this is not standard, we know we made a mistake and we are so grateful someone listened and thank you for the support of this thread.
