I am frankly astounded that the mighty Mars bar only gets one mention in 35 posts.

A Mars a day helps you work rest & play. no other confection can do this.

Superb chocolate in Aldi and Lidl.  Good quality and great value.

I haven't tried any - was talking about the really good Advent calendars they used to do, and a colleague said she didn't like 'cheap chocolate', I can't remember ever having any from there.

Will have to try them. I presume we're talking their posher ranges?

it is with deep shame that I have to admit I have never tried this delicacy.

Pretty well all of their chocolate is excellent.  What sort depends on your taste. I prefer dark with a high cocoa percentage.

Too early?

No your fine now. Someone played rage against the machine earlier so if the Christmas tunes have started it's pantomime season :-)

55-85% dark stuff is awesome. Not a fan of stuff stronger than that.

Chocolate orange things are delicious. Mint very situational.

Agree with all of this.

Important issues here.

    • What’s everyone’s thoughts on the map?
    • Only took 31 or so hours after the initial reports but yeah, official now. It's been a genuinely bizarre few days with it all, to say nothing of the continual rumours some of the players being on the way out on top of this change.    Certainly, it enhances the vibe that I have no idea what this season will be like. We've had manager departures early in a season before - Dalglish, Gullit, Robson, Keegan - but one walking out halfway through preseason is uncharted territory. And that's to say nothing of a hard pivot towards a Brighton style model.
    • Yep, 2nd round. Labour's Craig vs Reform's Astley.
    • Ultimately much of EU f**ked up with this, instead of showing solidarity they just said and did some stupid sh*t to supposedly punish Spain for their own political reasons. Ultimately its one of the reasons why EU will never fully reach its potential as long as it remains a group of sovereign states.
    • 2nd count apparently.
