So... never seen this before for Glastonbury but someone has made a fake poster!

What do we think? Clearly the repeats and big acts being billed quite low makes me think this is a little bit of a messy job.

Interesting to see a full on attempt of a lineup though

also hans zimmer and the darkness lol

Probably best to look at the Stage Predictions thread

It amazes me that for some people this is too good to be true, and yet for others it's a disappointment!

Nearly all the acts there are touring this summer and those that aren't, still could.

Hans Zimmer is on a massive nationwide tour - totally plausible he could pyramid it in the afternoon.

and the darkness? Not impossible. Ridiculous, but not impossible.

The line-up itself is incredible for me, there as never been one that good in the history of festivals, even with 3 trash Pyramid headliners. Aesthetically, it's also lovely.

Joanna Newsom AND Sleater Kinney AND Kendrick Lamar AND LCD Soundsystem AND Sufjan Stevens, and I'm only scratching the surface. Get off my dick, fake line-up.

Sleater fucking Kinney, I was so disappointed when they didn't rock up last year, I had alot of hope they would.

I don't think they'd be on Glastonbury's radar, unfortunately. If they do end up at a festival, it'll be somewhere aimed directly at the cardigans, fingers crossed that my first End Of The Road this year will also be their first.

Their show in Manchester last year was a total fucking masterclass in how to do a rock gig, they're such an exceptional band.

Yep that's my feelings now too, it's a shame really, because they'd be fucking spectacular

I saw them in Glasgow in March last year, in a venue I consider to be pretty shitty, and they were fantastic, No Cities To Love  had potential to be disappointing off a big break like that, and it was really one of the best rock albums I've heard in years, if not ever. As you say, exceptional band

    • TVOD are playing Blue Basement in London 2/9 with a complete EOTR/Psych Fest shaped hole before their next gig in Lyon on 8/9. Well received in the Big Top last year, reckon they're nailed on for a secret set in the Tipi.
    • Didn't they widen the entrance last year to enable them to increase the number of pitches or have I imagined this? Perhaps they might return under a different form of glamping?
    • It should forever be the Tipi.   Just as the news about Geese was shared on Twitter.
    • It really surprised me that Rock AM Ring made Download feel like an extremely well organised festival with good communication in comparison. If we were to ever try either of them again we would go for IM Park and stop in Nuremberg.     Agree that the long thin mainstage isn't great, but where the mainstage is makes it really hard to navigate when it is busy because of that choke point created by the food vendors, bar/lounges with a view of main and where the crowd is coming form second stage. The concrete is hard on the joints. The front standing is a pisstake and the communication from the fest about what is happening on site other than which campsites are filling up leaves a lot to be desired. Car parks being a free for all doesn't help either.   I think it really suffers being so far from anything other than small towns/villages that lack proper public transport and Koblenz being the closest town which you can can use to get public transport to the fest being 60km away.
    • Yeah its absolutely on me that isn't think Shinia Twain was an awful choice- i get that.  Im still of the paul simon, ELO kind of thoughts but I realise things change. Im still intrigued what constitutes legend though. Robert plant played and he wasn't a legend slot- to me that would have fitted. Is it a ' comedy ' ' good time ' slot now? Comedy isn't the right word - guilty pleasure or something like that?
