Not quite sure yet, they're a bit small so I may have 2 halves or 3. One will definitely be cheese, one tuna mayo perhaps, and if I have a third one probably just butter. With salad, gherkins and olives.

I'm very much an 'only when melted' fan of butter. I like it on toast, crumpets, jackets etc, but would never have it in a sandwich. If I'm having crusty bread with a meal, I'd far rather dip it in olive oil than slap butter on it.

Get away ye feckin heathens! Butter is fucking lovely! Slathered on toast from corner to corner. Don't any of ye be thinking you can come to this fair isle for a visit with that kind of thinking. Jaysis ye'd be sent on the next boat home!

What a day!

Non-stop from the moment I dragged myself from my snuggly bed this morning. Pooped now, and not enamoured with a 6.15am start tomorrow. Ho Hum!

RunBennyRun blog from tonight's run:

Session:  'Tempo' run - 7 miles: 1 mile easy, 5 miles at 'long tempo' (7m16s/mile), 1 mile easy

Impression:  felt good. Think I might have made a decision on my choice of shoes for the Big One

Night all. Will try to be less tired and a better poster tomorrow...
