Open your 3 litre wine box with the intent of secreting a little package in there and theb gluing it back together...but accidentally making a tiny tear in the wine pouch and not realising and red wine slowly seeping all over the window sill and down the wall ruining the paint....yes happened today. Note to self: plonker

Haha that could be a factor. Can't be seen to be agreeing with you too much or my rep will go right down too and I need those 5 points  Ha

Have a blinder!

Oh yes, you don't want to be associating youself with the likes of me. I've seen a few of your posts and I think you're of a similar mind when it comes to enjoying glastonbury so I recon we'll both be having a blinder in a few days.

Have a good Un fella.

Savagely pull an intercostal muscle.... Ouch.

At least I'm not as much of a spanner as this guy though.

2. Do your back in, walking like John Wayne here atm.

Sympathy here. Stood up from chair last weekend, a flash of pain followed by two days of immobility. Just about at the John Wayne point now and trying to stay mobile. Never had a back problem in my life and I can only sympathise with those that do.

Worst time to have my first back problem but fingers crossed!

Lose your method of transport to and from the festival...clutch has gone and haven't got the money to fix it = fucked

Might be in a similar situation - not so much a money issue, just needing the garage to pull their finger out!

A spot of mild gardening, a couple of nice walks and packing were my weekend plans, I got as far as packing and a walk to the chemist for some co-codamol :P  Just had a nice hot bath and a spliff, will go out for another walk later, hopefully fix it right up.

Got a monthly pass for the snow dome, mini park out Sunday nights for some dodgy snowboarding fun...decided to skip it this week just in case!

Had the tingling of the start of toothache for a couple of days, very minor so could fuck off or get horrible and destroy me next week. Think best to try and get in there tomoz just in case. :-/

I cycled home the night before Glastonbury last year, 4 mile ride do it every night of the year no problem. Ended up having to go the medical tent on the Friday and was diagnosed with a chest infection. I advise against any fitness work.

I am playing golf tomorrow though...

Get your tooth removed causing a infection in your gum and end up on antibiotics you can't drink with

I feel this pain been on these antibiotics twice in the last year - made me feel awful! Hope you're doing ok and feeling better soon. Don't make the mistake I did and use alcohol mouthwash even that small amount of alcohol is bad!

    • Tbf that happened to me in 2022 so not a one off. 40 euros to drive down 3 streets. I'd have done a runner but the reason for getting the taxi in the first place is cos I couldn't walk no more.
    • I was fully prepared (waterproof jacket, extra pair of socks, foldable umbrella), but after four hours in the rain (from Geese through Oklou to Florence Road), it was just too much. Already at the hotel, let's hope tomorrow's better.
    • It’s rare that I watch question time, but I almost felt sorry for Kenyon, he seemed like a guy just brought off the street which effectively is what he was, made worse by the fact Burnham and the Tory guy were very strong debaters. I think Burnham was very aware not to go too hard on Kenyon and risk him getting sympathy, in fact he pretty much ignored him.
