Definitely something going on with Arcadia. The truck is right in the middle of the field, not where track would be, but where Arcadia will be.

EXCITED!

Having said that it's just gone!

There's 2 boxy tenty things in what (I think) might be Saxon market.  Can't screen grab.  Go to pylon to right of Pyramid and they're to the left of that.  Can't decide if the see-through box thing is a passing lorry with its flaps open or an erection.

Here?  I thought the saxon market was to the right on the Other stage (as you look at it)

I think the boxy thing to the left of the truck is probably the outdoor section of WOW!

Maybe, although that's normally more in the corner of the field. This looks like it's between Wow and Sonic.

Could be liquid bar?  Which is between the two.  Sazon markets are this side of the hedge.

Looking at the map above, it could well be. Can't say I've ever noticed Liquid Bar before - is it just a shit name for a bar or something else?

See below - it doesn't quite live up to its billing but interesting nonetheless. However it's only 43 seconds long so I need something else to carry me through the lunch hour now :)

Not seen that before, cheers

You will have seen it it's down near the hedge to the right of sonic, pretty big bar from memory.

I seem to remember there being one the other side, did it move in the re-shuffle a couple of years back?

I can pretty much count the amount of drinks I've bought at the festival on one hand, so I don't really notice the bars.

Worthy View gate area/entrance is starting to go up. What are the food places up there next to Strummerville like?

Only thing I can remember is that was the only place on site I managed to get a coffee cup with a lid on.

Me and the missus went to the bath & west show today. Couldn't resist driving past the site and spinning the car round at the entrance to worthy farm only to drive back again. Missus thought I was mad, she just doesn't understand

How was it? See some sheep? Drink some cider?

(I have no idea what goes on there)

    • Thanks so much - that's very helpful. Someone else mentioned getting a train from Loughborough to East Midlands Parkway, and then a festival shuttle from there to the site. I think they were then going to come back on the Skylink Derby to Loughborough - I assume this is because the trains don't run as late as the Skylink, otherwise they would just come back the same way they came?! Is the transport hub a long way from the main stage? Just wondering what time I would need to leave Linkin Park to be sure of getting a shuttle. As I say, I am sure it will all be clear on the day, even after a few beers! Just hope the rain stays away...
    • I really don't think they would put Olivia Rodrigo on Occident stage. If it was her, they would put her in earlier Mordor slot and move Big Thief or Little Simz to Occident.   Fontaines DC are more probable, but don't really match the hype. However, again, if the hype was real, the artist would end up in Mordor.   That being said, I would love to see Fontaines DC tonight.
    • After all the good advice on here I had a nice visit to the site earlier in the week.    Walked down from Pilton village to Hitchen Hill and down the footpath to the Wood by Woodies.    Really strange seeing the site empty of 100,000 people. There is far more hedges and woodland on the site than you remember when the festival is on. Can see the stone circle and some structures still up on site. And looks like Worthy View has some camping going on there during the summer too.   Lots was fenced off with electric fencing to help wth the cattle grazing. Is really amazing how they set up the site as its hard enough accessing the area by car and foot nevermind all the kit needed to set the festival up. As others said you can't walk the whole site but nice to see the site again after a few years away   Pilton is also a lovely village with a nice village hall shop and post office attached, and got to speak to some locals who told me a few tales of past festivals down the years. One house for sale there would be lovely to live in - if only I had £2 million going spare
    • 6music just shared a video of all of Fontaines DC singing along to the Cure last night. It'll be them. Booooo    Olivia might get up for I Love You though...
