I assume, if they have a lot of returns from Thursday coach packages, then it would make sense for them to put them into the resale to ensure coaches aren't travelling down half empty.

Can't say for sure. Depends how many have been refunded and whether it would be worth actually doing another sale. On monday they were playing with the website and adding a Thursday option, so there may well be :)

I feel exactly the same, always go for National Express as it's far easier for me to get to and from than the See tkts bus pick up BUT I'd rather go than not go so I'll take the coach package if I can get it!

If you thinking of  trying for the coach tickets, I would click on the link and select each of the destinations to see which are likely to be available. Some locations have times and I would suspect these are the ones that are going to be available. Some of them just say 'Return travel' but don't have specific times so I am GUESSING that perhaps there wont be any coach tickets available from these destinations.

So sorry you have been down voted for asking a question, it's not the normal response on these forums.  People here will usually answer the same questions over and over again without being so mean, it's the Glastonbury way, think people are just anxious about the resale. Charm x

      I'm definitely not camping 🙂.  My 17 year old Daughter and her friends are there 3 days and commuting back to Sheffield each day as didn't want to camp .  I am taking and picking up the Saturday so thought I may as well get a ticket as love Fontaines DC - need to do a lot of research on the other acts though to fill my day.    I walked through the camp site other year the day Arctic Monkeys played and it was like a War Zone.  My Son has camped a couple of times but didn't fancy my Daughter staying over.

      Yeah, I think it's important to differentiate between a stage that's just a platform for the artist to walk on (which can be assembled fairly quickly and without too much difficulty), and the custom staging that you get in big productions where there's a whole world underneath.   Using the Eras tour as an example the stage extending out into the stadium field has all sorts - lifts that go up or down - down most importantly as this allows performers to enter or to leave the stage as needed. There's passageways to get from one part of the stage to another. There's what are effectively dressing rooms set aside for costume changes. There's spare instruments (and techs to look after them) so if something goes wrong above they can be swapped out in the space of seconds. There's even a track and dolly system running the full length of the stage so that Taylor can be moved from one end to the other faster than she'd be able to walk.   I don't know the specifics of the Madonna tour to the same degree but my understanding is that a lot of the same techniques are used.
