the poster who did the clash finder has added bands who aren't playing but may be likely in to the gaps (and possibly some totally random bands in other gaps). nobody should be paying attention to the clash finder

Agree FF but you can't help but get a little bit excited when you think that boat has sailed only for it to turn up again, even if it is from an unknown source.

A TBC would be more helpful than plucking some crap out of the air though. Now we can't see whats based on the confirmed line-up (or acts we know will be confirmed), and whats based on what the updater hopes for

yeah it's a bit silly to fill it in this early - even TBC's wouldn't do much good as we don't know how high/low certain acts will be. it only really works for the top couple of acts on each stage (and we don't even know some of those yet). just a bit of fun though i suppose - gives people a general gist of what could be

I meant the word "TBC".

But yeah. I've got no problem with people speculating on stage times based on previous years, and acts based on what we already know, but adding a random act out of optimism doesn't help at all

Eh I just thought it was something to pacify everyone with what we know/can guess until the real poster comes along...

Guess for some it might make it worse.

It's gonna change a lot and it gives a good idea about the sorts of clashes you'll be getting, because if you get a few now then it's very likely you'll get even more when the poster comes out

The Charlatans subbing is a bit much I agree, but Frank Turner could well play third down, he is quite popular. Correct me if I'm wrong

People on here have posted that PSB and Cribs have both said they're playing, as I added them to the playlist on that basis. Can't guarantee reliability but seems entirely plausible.
