On their facebook page, Shangri la have just mentioned they're waiting for approval to release their lineup, but should be any minute now. They also confirmed the full line up is next week

Just found out I'm working until 8 on Tuesday, which is worse than a cricket match; I'll just be stood watching the clock at 7pm, knowing everyone has seen the lineup but me.

Also, one year I want them to just release the entire lineup (every single stage) together in one alphabetical list, with all acts the same size/font. You'd have to read through the entire thing. Like this year you'd have been reading for half an hour before you found out The Who were playing.
