if you're close to blackpool, loads of tickets available...

I'm in Glasgow so Blackpool isn't much use to me. Cheers though!

Take it that's people selling tickets rather than them still being on sale? I'd be surprised if it was the latter given how quickly the Glasgow ones went.

I'd love them to tour later this year but I think this'll be it. Hyde park is a no go so close to Glastonbury and I wouldn't really want to go there anyway, and Blackpool on a weeknight with no trains back isn't an option either. Gutted those set lists are incredible

return train is about £15, single room in b and B £10... get on it

Taking the younger brother up to Blackpool for the show, haven't seen them since Wolverhampton in 2012, how does the band hold up live in person compared to then? especially with TMW tunes in the set (which I love). Videos have looked good but prefer to hear it from those who were there, would be much appreciated.

Loving these setlists. Still keen to try my luck at Hyde Park for a nice little Glasto warm-up. Anyone who hears of any cheap tickets please post here...

I'm also on the lookout for cheap tickets. Hoping there'll be another BST ticket "accidental leak" like the one last year.

This also applies to The Strokes/Beck a couple of days earlier too.

If you are prepared to go through reseller sites, the prices have crept down a fair bit.

    • Healey's first budget with be Oct 28th
    • Been going for 10 years. Wasn't massively keen on the lineup beforehand - although as usual after some research I did start to really look forward to it. We had a brilliant time, felt more like old school Latitude, lovely vibe and we met some nice people. We saw loads but highlights for me -   Lime Garden Florence Road Jalen Ngonda David Byrne - Not a fan of him or TH really but we went out of interest and it was one of those festival shows that you'll never forget. The staging was off the scale. Eleni Drake - Up on BBC Introducing, what a haven that stage is.  Westside Cowboy Getdown Services - Probably highlight of the weekend for me. Absolutely brilliant and have booked tix for them in Bristol next year. Everything Everything - They're my favourite band so I loved it when they were added. A great start to Sunday and met loads of their fans up near the front. Alex James Britpop - We enjoyed it and Gary Stringer FFS! David O'Doherty - Saw him twice, brilliant as usual. Self Esteem - Adore Rebecca and the show was as live affirming as always.   Overall, it was such a brilliant weekend. Beforehand we said that we might give it a miss next year but I'm pretty sure that we'll be sucked right back in!
    • Me too.  Reckon they must have more this year.   Not bad is it - ended up paying same price as this year.  It still represents great value for me.  Well, until I check my bank account the Monday after the weekend.
    • Well mayors have more powers to do that sh*t...but they have to make the numbers add up.
