Changed my tack. Still convinced Red Hot Chili Peppers will be one of the headliners, but thinking maybe alongside Muse and Florence subbed by Disclosure and Foals with either Fall Out Boy or The 1975 subbing RHCP.

 

Never in a million years can R&L afford Kanye to headline. Cloud cuckoo.

Either way, he plays loads of festivals (including a Festival Republic one not that long ago) so one of the bigger ones like R+L would have absolutely no trouble booking him.
