How many albums do you think Foals have released?

Too many ;P I'll go with this being their 4th coming out now? Antidotes, Total Life Forever, Holy Fire and coming up What Went Down which leads me to think Royal Blood lol.

I personally think there may be more chance of them playing 3rd at a couple of places next year, Glasto being one and then headlining on a 3rd but missing sub completely. Glasto 3rd down Friday would be a good slot and fit well with either Foo's or Biffy heading that day and a more poppy act in between.

Royal Blood. I was going with there being a new album out next Summer getting them sub spots at fests.

I think they'll need a Wembley Arena date to their name 1st at least. This year we're sitting on an O2 Arena band, Wembley Arena band and a Academy act. Are Royal Blood going to actually play at all next year? They'll have toured the UK 2013 smaller places but 14 and 15 quite heavily. Maybe take 2016 off with a return 2017?

Yeah but if they have a new album out by next Summer I'm sure they'll be able to do a Wembley Arena date.

I don't see Linkin Park ever playing R&L again?, it only needs to be another year down the line and it's back in Download booking time length for them again, although I think they should make it 4 years and not 3 next time. it's only by the fact I like old LP that makes it less weak than Foals, Kanye and Flo. M&S isn't a bad shout for T, the were there then I'd say that prediction although I've seen it before I think is spot on. The Libs would do well to do IOW but if Taylor was at IOW then I can't see her not playing Glasto on a second year, personally don't see her at either. I'd be happy with Biffy, Rihanna and Foo's for Glasto as it gives me an Arcadia Show night, but I think FM will be there.

Picking the R&L headliners was the trickiest out of all tbh. Think Foos will do Glasto and with Slipknot out of the running that 3rd headliner (After Foals/Flo) is no an obvious one imo, think it will be a heavier act to balance the other two but I have not evidence to support that idea and the possibilities do seem limited at this stage.

You're probably right about Swift at IOW, but I do think they'll go for a pop act along with Muse/Libs/Aerosmith.

    • as if by magic... (but don't tell anyone that it isn't that easy to just cut welfare and that maybe taxes will have to go up)
    • Lost my love of football years ago so I pay very little attention to it these days but I'm really enjoying Max Rushden's video diaries of his flat share with Barry Glenddening. I think Barry might kill him before the end of the tournament
    • Not sure if we had a si glow weekend goer on here last year so will be good to have a proper review of the new format
