It was always supposed to be released in the UK later, but the push back from Jan to Feb is a recent thing, I'm sure it was still scheduled for a Jan release a few weeks ago, certainly was still down for Jan back when it was released in the US.

she pushed it back even further since hasn't she? to accommodate the new Rita Ora feature

is that definitely why? That's bobbins, I don't want no Rita Ora, but I do want the extra tracks.

Haven't checked it out yet but Kill For Love was ace.

ha, it's actually a band called Diagrams who's album is called Chromatics - seems a lot of their fans have been making the mistake as well

Chromatics album Dear Tommy is out later this year, though!

Loving this thread - lots to whet the appetite. Chromatics, Brand New, Deafheaven and Ghost Culture albums ordered, so many thanks for those recommendations. For me, I'm looking forward to new:

Chvrches

Afro-Celt Soundsystem (Hoping and praying for a West Holts headline slot at Glasto 2015)

Young Fathers

Ghostpoet

Errors

Slowdive

and New Order

Yes, waiting on a copy of the Devil and God . . . sounds like it should be a blast.

It is one of the best albums I've heard. The first time I listened to it I didn't see the big deal over it, then I kept listening and listening to it and suddenly it clicked after listening to it laying in my bed before going to sleep and then I saw why. Also which Deafheaven album have you got as the mixing on Roads to Judah just annoying me as all I can hear is just the snare during the faster segments, Sunbather is a lot better as it doesn't have this but more importantt it is just more powerful

I've downloaded Sunbather. I come at this more from post-rock than metal (More Mogwai than Wolves in the Throne Room) - and, from the reviews I read etc. - Sunbather looked more like something I'd be into. Downloaded it this evening, will give it a listen on the commute tomorrow.
