I'm not sure how bad the blood was between andy and mark at the end, but from twitter it seems like mark and loz are up for it, so its up to andy and steve. Seems like the best timing with no more beady eye and noel busy promoting his new album for another year.

Seems you're right. They reunited without him. Probably adds weight to Ride reforming then.

Yes please! Would indeed make a superb JP headliner, or they could take a decent slot on Other. Looking at the reception the reformed Slowdive got, you'd think they could make some serious moolah.

My mates and I used to absolutely love Carnival of Light, but the band don't seem to like it. It's very hippy and kitsch, but some great songs on it...

saw a post on my facebook earlier about a guy who ran in to Mark Gardener at a Thurston Moore show (he was supporting) and that he said 'watch this space' for a Ride reunion, so sounds like it's in the works. (and slightly off topic, but also that Andy Bell would never rejoin Oasis and that when they do reform it'll more than likely be the original lineup)
