Alabama 3

Anyone seen them live before? I've heard mixed reports, mainly on account of larry love's vocals, but if they are glade sunday night headliners i could think of worse ways to finish the festival (not yet much else on i fancy). You tube videos look decent enough..?

Saw them at Off the Tracks last year, they were excellent. Had never seen them before so I don't know how consistent their performance is.

Seen them once and it was their stripped back set. It was good but I really wanna see their full band performance.

actually now I think about it i also saw them at Beautiful Days the year before as well and they were very good then too. ( too many festivals, too little memory cells ! )

I've seen them several times and they have been excellent every time bar one.

Nothing to do with Larry's vocals though, they just played a bit too much from MOR for my liking. They were touring the album though so I can't really complain.

Alabama 3 were fab last time I saw them however, on the subject of Alabama, quite upset not to see Alabama Shakes on the list after such a great set last

I saw them for the first time in 2005 at Glastonbury and I've seen them about 7 times since and they have always put on a great show. I was really pleased to see them on the playlist as its been a while since I've seen them.

Brilliant live. It was stripped back when I seen them in a tiny venue.

Great stripped back in Dundee and full ensemble were brilliant at T in the Park. So pleased they are here this year.

seen them three times at glasto - excellenton the main stage, very good at Jaz world, no so good at the glade. Shame they are on the smaller stage. will probably be there again this year. If you like thier abums you will like them live and be prepared for som tinitis afterwards!

seen them shedloads including a low key stripped down acoustic in my local last year for a local that had passed away that they knew, never seen a bad gig by them, always a great vibe, I remember them on the pyramid about 10 odd years ago at about midday

seen them twice once on a small stage ...great and a few years ago on the world stage /west holts /one world stage wot ever its called and had to walk off cos there were terrible .if theres nothing else and im near ill go have a gander

I was a big fan of Devlin, so they lost something for me when she left.

Still a really great band, just not quite the same.

Seen them live and they're great but as has already been said it doesn't sound like it's the full band. Their website seems to confirm this listing the appearance as "Alabama 3 Soundsystem". Is that a DJ set then?
