Once or twice we've published embargo'd news early in error. Each time the event involved has been happy to accept our sincere apologies as sincere, i'm pleased to say.

If somewhere felt we'd done it deliberately i'm not sure if they'd have recourse to law if they wanted to go that route, but no doubt we wouldn't get another embargo'd release from that PR agency or event, and quite possibly word would get around more widely.

it implicitly means he has info he's not allowed to share. He's probably bending the rules telling us he's embargo'd!

So that probably means he has the lineup and is preparing the new line-up page on this site as we speak, but he wont leak it in advance as that would risk him getting information in advance in the future.

Being this early in the day too, It either means its coming very soon, or its coming at midnight and everyone in the office wants to bugger off home
