Eh??!! I don't follow mate.

Just having a laugh, it's mad how much we all drink at Glasto, so i was joking that what you said would only be a days worth of booze. And this is coming from an alcoholic trying to calm down a bit.. But not at Glasto!

Tesco are doing some good booze deals at the moment.

45 cans of Stella 4 for £24!

Tescos and Sainsburys are both doing the 2 x 15 for £18, or 3 x 15 for £24. For all day drinking, Stella 4% is pretty good actually, and I think a little nicer than the standard Carling, Fosters, Carlsberg tinnies.

Agree 100% but my aversion to warm lager of Any description is making me swerve towards a speckled hen version of this tesco offer, possibly with thatchers gold or strongbow dark fruits

I've got some ale too, for the same reason. I got some Adnams Southwold bitter and Old Golden Hen on offer in Tescos a few weeks back. They were around £5 for 4 cans, or £10 for 3 lots (12 cans). So I got 3 lots of each.

I got some Thatchers on offer in Tescos too, 10 440ml cans as part of the 2 for £18 offer. I see Sainsburys were doing 500ml cans of Thatchers for £4 for 4, I think.

I like the look of the Strongbow citrus or dark fruits, I must say. I think we've got all our cans now though. The dark fruits does sound nice though.

Yeah that was my thinking too, slightly better than the other lagers. I managed to get £15 off my order too, as I spent over £60 (It's not all mine) . The code is : XXC64P if you order from Tesco online :)

Where are the 24 hour general/supermarket stalls? Definitely considering not carrying my own mixers in as I'm getting the coach...

These are some of the locations I remember from previous years but the may not have been in these places last year and there's no guarantee they'll be in the same place this year.

-east side of the other stage field on the corner of the track heading towards the pyramid.

-the track heading west away from pyramid field towards either JP tent or Other Stage.

-bottom end of home park/pennards (not sure if this ones still there)

-North West corner of West Holts, at the back of the field where the track heads upto the railway track.

-Williams Green area possibly near the bakery opposite the entrance to the acoustic field.

I'm sure there are more but can't remember locations.

Most look like this-glastonbury-festival-123.jpg

Looking at all our booze stacked up earlier, I must admit I thought "Crikey, are we really going to drink all that?!"

I don't drink an awful lot really, and run 12 miles every other day. What a change those 5 days are going to be!!

Green Mark vodka 70cl and Grants whisky 70cl both £11 in Morissons today. Cheapest I've ever seen Green Mark so picked a couple up.

Also 24 cans of wrongbow for £12 and small cans of 7.4% sparkling perry for 49p.

The BM Bargains my bro's girlfriend works at - doesn't sell alcohol - outrageous. Sent the folks on a mission to find a licensed BM Bargains - them Jim Beam cans sound too good to miss.

Morrison's are still doing there 20 cans of wrongbow / Fosters etc for £10 (only 2 per customer) - the dark fruits wrongbow is 10 cans for £8... Also saw Bombay Sapphire Gin £18 for 1L in Sainsburys. Gonna grab some of that

Went to check out our local B&M yesterday and the only decent thing I could find was 4x500ml Gaymers for £2. No Brothers or spirits at all.

yeah that's the only thing i noticed as well. marched back and forth through the aisle for ages hoping i'd missed the Brothers, but alas i hadn't :(
