And it was funny the first time

By the tenth it was dull

By twenty I thought you might be a troll or retarded.

We have someone at my work who still does the same Jim Carey impressions he's been doing for five years plus. Is it still funny? No

Sense of humour is different to getting bored of repetition.

The idea is to all live together not to say fuck you I'll do wot I wont

The last bit doesn't make any sense, but:

Your definition of comedy / humour is selective. Flawed at best.

Scroll, don't troll.

In all seriousness for those worried about the mud for physical ailments, with the dryness of the last week or so, it will take a 'lot' of rain over the festival form the mud to be anything more than toe-level.

My friend went with a broken ankle on crutches last year and said it was hell at times, but is so glad they persevered.

Have to disagree with this. Im my experiences there not much rain and lots of feet quickly turn the ground to mud.

It doesn't last with dry ground though. And the ground is dry.

you're both right. Last year proved that, even with only a little shower on Thursday afternoon/evening, large areas of the site can turn muddy quickly. On the other hand, the place was bone dry around mid-afternoon the following day.

Agreed. Whisty is correct that the mud appears quickly, but under the right conditions disappears just as fast.

    • Tell me more. Last Latitude we went to was '21 - my son was young & had a wagon so we snuck good beers in that way. I remember there being some Brooklyn IPA on sale which was tolerable - are you saying they don't sell anything other than Carlsberg now?! 😳
    • Tonight was a disgrace. There wasn't *that* much rain, and it wasn’t *that* windy. A festival of this size should be able to withstand some adverse weather without it bringing the whole circus to a standstill. And if it is true that part of a speaker on the Revolut stage fell…   As for the communication - announcing Massive Attack were playing at 12:30 and then nothing for over an hour while people waited in the rain. It’s laughable it really is.   If I said I’ll never come back again I’d be lying. The shambles of Barcelona 2022 and the disgrace of Madrid 2023 didn’t stop me, so this probably won’t either.   This festival gets so much wrong, but it is always saved by having such killer line-ups. It’s just a shame it treats the fans/customers/consumers like animals. Compare it to somewhere like Glastonbury and it’s worlds apart.
