I'm sure there was a thread about her from the other year, but I cant seem to find it.

New album out soon, headlining the 2nd stage at latitude. I could see her headlining JP tent. What do you reckon?

I love her with my whole heart and am going to see her at the village underground in shoreditch in may. Anyone else?? Decent venue that.

the pains of being a student, have to be selective with gigs :-( village underground is great though, very few venues i prefer in london. would also agree park somewhere would be perfect, though i think headlining is possibly a stretch far - though the park often has things in funny orders size wise; see: rodriguez

she was 2nd top on the park last time, and is headlining the 2nd stage at latitude though (no idea how big that stage is though) so she is definitely more popular now. She sold out the roundhouse too, which is a pretty big venue. Halfway up the pyramid would be wasted on her.

And yeh, she was well narked off at the park last time

£27.50 for that village underground gig though...seemed very steep to me

Anyone see her in London last night? She was flipping ace! The new stuff is much better live than on the poo-plops record and the old stuff had a few interesting new arrangements. Decent crowd too, considering it was in Shoreditch.

I love her and must tell her so at Glastonbury

i love her new album! probably the most 'woe is me' melodramatic breakup album i've ever heard, but i think it's great. really hope i get to catch her. reckon she'll be third on the John Peel before Wild Beasts and *sigh* Kaiser Chiefs

New album is a bit of a letdown for me.

Some of it is incredibly pretty and really strikes a chord with me but.... fuck man.... where did all her personality go?

It's like I used to be able to identify a Lykke Li sound, she had crafted one, this new album sounds like any number of acts doing the rounds right now. It's not a bad album but just incredibly mediocre with the odd flourish :( Lykke Li bring back your hip hop and world influences D: I'm all for musicians changing their sound but she's just changed it one that's over subscribed.

    • Very different in terms of time of game,  yet remember how excited I was before the first game in Euro 2016 having grown up not sure I would ever see wales in an international tournament. That day scraped a win against Slovakia and was just happy to see wales score and win at a tournament, little did I know we would finish in the top 4. Hope Scottish fans get the same experience.
