I think the secret set could be fox borro hot tubs or just Billie and his son because they did a few weeks back at a fest in the US

As great as this would be it's a slim possibility, Billie Joe was there mostly to help draw people into Jason's new band's gig, (Green Day backing guitarist) although I wouldn't completely put it out, Billie loves Reading with a passion, his kid is gonna be there with his own band anyway and it'd just be a case of finding someone to play bass...

Not impossible but unlikely, FBHT's show is almost 100% not gonna happen, Mikes wife is currently dealing with Cancer so he's not about and it's unlikely they'll do it without him.

The secret set is on the Pit day so I doubt that it will be Billie and his son

Still think it will just be someone who is already playing

I've never attended the festival before so apologies if this sounds stupid but why couldn't they play on the Saturday at Reading? Emilys army are playing Leeds Friday and Reading Sunday so it's very much possible they could do Saturday if that was the idea.

You could be right to be fair as we don't know if it going to be a single site thing so it could happen but I don't think it will be Billie with his son at all

    • Another one from Sheffield DocFest this weekend, Earth Wind & Fire docu, directed by Questlove. Sensational archive footage, contributions from band members, family, plus a lot of very big fans (Stevie, Lionel, Flea, the Obamas) and a warts n all assessment of the genius / flawed human being that was Maurice White. Also, I never realised he started out as a jazz drummer with Ramsay Lewis. Well worth a watch.
    • In a 6,800-word Substack essay, external, the Clacton MP said "anti-white racism was embedded into the state", and that legislation aimed at equality was a form of "social cleansing"   .https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cdjkd4mp93zo   The privileged white c**t hasn’t got a clue what racism is.
    • BBC iPlayer: Will serve as the main hub for past sets, including both recent hits and iconic archival gems. [1, 2, 3] TV Broadcasts (BBC Two & BBC Three): The channels will air dedicated compilation shows. Leading up to the weekend, you can watch archive programming such as Glastonbury: 70s Legends, 80s Legends, and 90s Legends on BBC Two. [1] Radio & BBC Sounds: Pop-up Glastonbury radio stations on BBC Sounds will feature non-stop coverage, including exclusive mixes and huge sets from past years
    • Got HBO Max to watch football so watched One Battle After Another which is a great film and deserves its awards and then rewatched Magnolia and that is a flipping amazing film...so much in it. (also rewatching Angels In America series which is also amazing).
