Oh, and with movie shoots being unpredictable, even if they have a set amount of days to shoot, 30STM won't be announcing for absolutely anywhere in the summer I would imagine, let alone R&L.

Yeah I have no idea how long Suicide Squad filming will last, but 30STM playing something in August would at the very least be cutting it tight (for 30STM that is, this reads as if Suicide Squad would work around them haha), and I'd much rather Jared Leto spent his time perfecting The Joker anyway.

Checked all twitters/ googled some stuff and the only hint of an announcement anytime soon is the tweet that 30stm have put that says "soon>>> *inset link to tour dates here*" but could mean they have dates soon, which they do... So it's not 30stm, unless they're on some lucrative worldwide festival exclusive basis. Which is super unlikely.

I'm probably being way too optimistic but I wouldn't rule out Brand New; I know they'd have a week free in between R&L and the start of their tour w/ basement but who knows- they could announce a couple of European dates or something to fill up the time.

Not necessarily, plenty of bands playing have announced tours for later in the year already. Just some bands they obviously don't see as huge ticket sellers by themselves so they let them I guess.

Brand New are 75:25 not playing in my eyes. There is a chance they could announce dates in Europe to slot between the festival and their tour dates but I can't see a reason why they wouldn't just announce their European tour all at once. Unless the UK dates where rushed so they could be announced before the festival, which later they will add some more European dates.

I don't listen to them, so I'm not bothered either way- but there is a chance there could be a few smiles tomorrow. I hope there is, because I'm a nice person.
